SAA showcases the future of high-rise office environments in Brookfield Design Hive Competition

Housed in the Wells Fargo Center on Grand Avenue and the Gas Company Tower on 5th street, SAA conceptualizes one of six vertical environments for potential tenants in a spec suite design competition event hosted by Brookfield. SAA has pulled from our collective industry expertise to design this progressive workspace. With Downtown Los Angeles becoming a revitalized urban center, this type of workspace will highlight the opportunity business owners will have to move their companies to a rich cultural environment and redefine the concept of flexibility and collaboration in an office.

Our suite is approximately 4,000 SF and geared toward a specific industry to be disclosed at the launch on Tuesday, May 19th. Please visit www.designhivebybrookfield.com for more information about the suites and upcoming event!

SAA congratulates LA Prep as they celebrate the first day of production in their new facility

First of its kind on the West Coast, this unique 56,105 SF state of the art commercial kitchen facility was designed for nonprofit LA Kitchen, as well as full-time production space LA Prep. With 50 pre-approved state of the art kitchen spaces, a demonstration kitchen, small and large food preparation areas, 3 community kitchens, a catering kitchen, 2 receiving areas, 3 loading docks, cold storage and classroom space, LA Prep offers food producers functional, affordable and fully-permitted wholesale production and storage facilities. These spaces support the untapped potential of a great community in a phase of revitalization. Located in Lincoln Heights, SAA worked with the owners to successfully design an environment that met both LA Kitchen and LA Prep’s production requirements.
