USC Administrative Offices

As the first Design-Build project within the USC system, the Design-Build team was contracted to ensure a smooth project from beginning to end. The primary design objective was to convert an existing warehouse into a functional and comfortable work space for the seven administrative groups relocating from their on campus locations. The bright design contrasts with the crisp white architectural envelop and compliments the open loft feeling creating a space infused with energy. The space consists of open and private office space, small and large conference rooms, a call center, two training rooms, and two break rooms.

The phased project was completed in January 2012.
